6th ed Rules of the Game: Delayed, Ongoing Reserves and Daemon of Tzeentch

Here are several rules that came up from last weekends battle.

Delayed 40k6 pg 36

Because of mechanical failure or enemy action, the reinforcements are delayed.  The unit is placed in Ongoing Reserves.

Context: Shawn's Hellhounds scattered off the table in turn 2.  They went into Ongoing Reserves.

Ongoing Reserves 40k6 pg 125 (surprises me how many people continue use 5th ed Reserves roll)

Units in Ongoing Reserves always re-enter play at the start of their controlling player's following turn.

Context: Told opponent this and he was surprised.  He wasn't aware of Ongoing Reserves.  Thought he'd have to roll again.  To be fair Joe X from Fantasy Flight informed me about Ongoing Reserves.  Thanks, Joe X.

Daemon of Tzeentch Chaos Daemons 6th ed pg 26

When manifesting psychic powers, Daemons of Tzeentch have +3 modifier to their Leadership.

Context: Psyflemen had Reinforced Aegis -4 penalty to Leadership for Psychic test.  Fateweaver wanted to cast a psychic power but because of being Daemon of Tzeentch he had a +3 to his rolls result in a net -1 to psychic power rolls.  Was able to pull more powers than Kugath.  Kugath was only able to cast one power.
