JJ painting, this is an Imperial Guard Astra Militarum commission for Matt.
Have to admit this commission is almost done. These were done wees ago. By this weekend it'll be completely finished.
Been spending my time doing stuff outside of the hobby. Working on the future for the painting studio. Nevermind dvds, tv shows, Battlestar Galactica and The Walking Dead. Even viewing some of the new show Fear the Walking Dead with an olde friend Suijin. Including learning new shit.

| Here are two different ideas presented to the client for the camoleoline cloaks. One is standard urban camo. The other is the reverse of the urban cloak. Tip for new commission artists: Clients love choices. |

That is a lot of work for such a simple scheme! (three colors right?)
ReplyDeleteYeah, it certainly seemed so to me. As it turned out the snipers didn't take any longer than a usual IG painted in this scheme.
