Had a surprisingly productive game against Bryan the other night.  Getting the feel of my Grey Knights army.

The Rhino in the middle kept failing Repair roll all game.  He stuck on the aegis defense line since first turn.

Grey Knights Diorama/Display Board Completed

Tues nights work.  Started finishing the walls.  Suijin had a great idea of having squares on the long wall.  I've had a great time hanging out with a friend and getting to know him more over the last several days.

Everything lined up and holes cut out for LEDs.

A lot of progress was done last night.  Hopefully the walls will be done tonight so I can start painting tomorrow night.  Dark Star is 5 days away.

I didn't see the light until I was already a man. By then, it was nothing to me but blinding!

Airbrushing 102: Must have items, troubleshooting charts and airbush bling

Wanted to share my experience with airbrushing and what I believe everyone who has, or getting, an airbrush must have.  There are a couple of pics of the troubleshooting procedure from Iwata's Manual and Parts Guide.  For those interested you can slso adorn your airbrush with bling.  Mostly unnecessary bling, still bling.

My shiny new toy.  This is replacing my original airbrush.

Was holding my own for awhile during last nights game but ultimate it was another ass-kicking.

Grey Knights Diorama/Display Board part 2 a.k.a. Now with Hot Knife!

Accomplished some solid work last night.  Surprised because frankly I didn't have a lot of time.  Yet somehow I did more than expecting.  After a short session late tonight it'll be ready to be brought back to Suijin's place for the next part.  A rather integral part of the diorama/display board.  There's an easter egg amongst the pics that will give you an idea what that part will be.

Marked styrofoam where it will be cut for the corners of the board.  Can barely see the thin lines where the pencil marked where the cutting is supposed to happen.

Dark Star is 11 days away.  Hopefully this comes together in time.  Will be spending some time with Suijin while putting it together, which is always a plus.  Always want to get to know a friend better.

Stopped by his place last night to cut the board.  We were doing this kind of late, my fault.  Was worried neighbours would call the police because the noise.  Not a peep.

Grey Knights Librarians part 2

Had a little bit of time last night to work on these guys.  Surprised how quick they came together.

Bits used for these guys.  Ended up adding one extra bit to one.

For some reason I'm thinking painting these two will be a breeze mostly because of the airbrush.
