This guy went extraordinarily fast.  Quite pleased.  My cost to painting is decreasing.  That makes me very happy.

When Shawn handed me this guy I wanted to do something like before.  Asked him to trust me, didn't tell him what it was, and he gave me the green light.

Thought I would've finished the Wraithknight earlier this week.  However other things came up.  Sorry for the incomplete post.

All the bulbs are painted Caledor Sky.

Painted same way as last.  Based Storm Blue, Lightning Blue, Asurman Wash, first highlight Lightning Blue, second highlight Ice Blue, sparkle Army Painter Mat White.

After a week away from the table, taking some advice from Zab, decided to start Shawn's second Wraithknight.

Finally this bad boy is done!  Feels great clearing these two projects from the murder table.

Shawn had it spot on.  Mordian7th and Spellduckwrong, you guys were also right.  Damn!  Those vanes turned out better than I thought.  Good call, guys.

Ahh.  Finally back at my home doing what I love.  Almost had a genuine Sat.  Almost because had to drive the car around for chores.  Hate driving.  Especially on the weekends.

Second layer of Reaper Surf Aqua.  It is a beautiful blue however it needs at least two coats to provide adequate coverage.  You'll notice on the top of the foot and back of the armour plating looks much better than the bulb and front where it looks rather streaky.

Shawn has several new Eldar releases for me to paint.  All other Shawn's projects he had for me were side-lined for the Wraithknight.  Going to be mixing up the Work In Progress posts over the next several weeks.  Going to be kind of exciting.

Shawn started putting this guy together than had the foresight to stop in case I had a different idea.  I did and he really likes it.
