As many of you know Faeit 212 is down.  If my work computer didn't block his site several months ago I would be rocking myself with pacifying behaviour in the corner with a string of saliva acting as the bridge from my mouth to the floor.  However, since they have I'm not nearly as affected as I would've been.

6th ed Rules of the Game: Vindicare's Turbo-penetrator and Sniper special rule requesting feedback

Here's a little rule I've heard about.  Apparently there are two camps for how to exercise Vindicare's Turbo-penetrator round.  Connor mentioned this during our last game and asked him for more of an explanation.  Would like your thoughts.

This guy is going to be a lot of fun to paint.  Plan on trying out a lot of new techniques on him.  Ayce00, wants him to look really good.  Wants me to take my time on him.  Not the standard "characters look good not great" like Avatar and Eldar.  Really wants him to pop.

Figured instead of posting large pics explaining small details would take pics of those details.  Legs and bracers based Leadbelcher.  Lightly brushed to not completely cover the base.  Wanted to preserve that patina metal body look.

13.4.17 1850 Grey Knights vs Imperial Guard - Most fun game with Grey Knights yet!

Damn.  What a terrifically fun game last night.  Imperial Guard armour against Purifiers with Psycannon.  A lot went wrong.  An ass-kicking ensued.  Most enjoyable game I've had so far with my Grey Knights.

Shawn handed me this bad boy several months ago.  Couldn't put anytime into it since I was working furiously on my Grey Knights.  Now that they are effectively done time to get back to the murder table.

When you feel your heart leaving the game

You may have had those times.  Something about the hobby just isn't giving you the same excitement as it once did.  It becomes a little harder to get excited.  Don't have the same bounce in your step or light in your eye.  Somethings missing and you're desperately looking for it before giving up.

I've been talking with people about the Eldar Codex 6th ed.  Mostly we are spit-balling ideas and what  we'd like to see in the new codex.  This is not official.  I have no insider information.  No GW source.  This is just a dream, wet perhaps, about things I personally would like to see in the new codex.
