Sprucing up Falcons

X-Wing models are decently painted in my opinion.  There's variation from model to the other.  Overall they are quite uniform.

JJ painting, Suijin picked up a pair of falcons two Fridays ago.  We still haven't figured out how to take down a pair of falcons.  Chatted about the engines not being painted.  Offered to do a quick job on painting the engines.  Popped in one of the movies to see what the engine looks like.  The engine modification card was of no use.  Well turns out episode V wasn't either.  Engine appears white.  Suggested a blue white.  Blue on the edges and white in the middle.  He agreed, he mentioned he wanted the blue to show through the white a little.

Tools used:
Vallejo light sea blue
Pure white made into airbrush form
Iwata HP-CS airbrush
Blue tape

White made into airbrush form.

Highly suggest to apply blue tape on top and bottom then sides to secure them.  Right one was taped first.
