Note: I used Psychic Powers incorrectly so I deem that I lost lost this game.  Take from the Battle Report, BatRep, what you will.

Set up a game with Shawn a couple of days ago.  Turns out one of his boys wanted to play me.  So there was a change of plan.  What I thought was going to be an Eldar vs Eldar game turned into an Eldar vs Chaos Space marines.  Little worried that it would change my game plan.  Invisi-council is coined by Fritz.

12.11.11 FOYCON 1850 Fires of Battle day 2 1 Lose/1 Win

Grand Tournament wasn't turning out as I expected.  Figured I'd win my first game.  Lose my second.  Win third.  Win or Lose fourth and lose fifth.  First two games were against Tyranids which completely ignore wonder-twins.  First game was going to crush me if there was more time.  Second game also lost.  Third game I won because of Night Fight.  That Doomsday Ark would've been bad.  After an excellent Sat evening with Bryan it was time to wake damned early again for the last two games of the GT.  I figured it was all down hill from here.

Had a rare night off Friday roleplaying.  Have learned something about roleplayers.  They don't do well under short deadlines.  Kind of like herding a room of cats.

12.9.29 1500 pts Dark Vengeance Tournament

Fantasy Flight held their first 6th ed tournament today.  Woke up at the God awful hour of 8:35am.  As a rule I never wake up earlier than noon on the weekends.  Those are my days off.  I wake up for a 8am job every week day.  I'll do what I want on the weekends.  Actually I usually sleep til about 1:30pm.  Be prepared for a long BatRep and blurry pics.  Enough with the fluff onto business.

Made myself some crib notes for the game.  Preferred Enemy note actually did help.  Rest remembered them as soon as I wrote them on the hand.

Finally another 40k battle.  It has been a while since I've rolled them bones with Bryan.  I miss him.  I believe Bryan and I have a new philosophy on playing 40k .  Some of you may not approve.  Personally it speaks to me as an individual.

Completely forgot about Look Out, Sir!  Still stuck in 5th ed.

12.5.27 Realspace Raid: 2500 Dark Eldar vs Chaos Marines

2500 pts Dark Eldar vs Chaos Space Marines.  Guy was going to originally use Chaos Daemons.  Then said as the game started that they don't work against Dark Eldar.  As I mentioned, not in my experience.  I was worried because this is the first game with a new person.  Worried because I might end up not being very friendly.  Should really listen to myself.
